We are very pleased to announce that Bruce Whitford has been approved as a Group N eligibility officer in New South Wales and will be acting as eligibility officer for our club.

The Motorsport Australia Historic Motorsport Committee approved Bruce’s appointment, which was also approved by Motorsport Australia.

A motor mechanic by trade, Bruce has been involved in the motor repair industry since 1973. His previous motor sport experience includes involvement as either a mechanic or pit crew with cars from Group N, Sports Sedans, Porsche Cup, Group S and Group A.

His addition to the Group N Eligibility Team in NSW returns the Eligibility Officer compliment to three, with two Sydney based. This appointment provides NSW and Sydney competitors with access to another eligibility officer, both at race tracks and for logbook inspections and other matters away from the racetracks.
