The next scheduled General Meeting is on Tuesday the 2nd November. However, there is some uncertainty still hanging over this meeting as restrictions over regional travel may not be lifted until the the 1st November. We will keep members informed as soon as possible whether this meeting will take place.

As you are aware, due to COVID-19, we have not been able to hold our Annual General Meeting. We are now planning to hold the AGM on Tuesday the 7th December 2021 at 7pm. We have also thus far been unable to hold our annual Presentation Night. Therefore, the committee, with your support, have decided to combine the two events.

On the 7th December, we will hold the Annual General Meeting followed by the Presentation of Awards. This will take place in Room two at SMSP. It will be a catered evening.

More information will be available over the next couple of weeks. Please keep the 7th December available for this special night.

Please also keep in mind, you must be a financial member to be able to vote at the AGM.
