Notice of Annual General Meeting: 4th February, 2020

Notice is hereby given that the first Annual General Meeting of the Historic Group N Association of NSW will be held on Tuesday the 4th of February, 2020, at Sydney Motor Sport Park (SMSP) Ferrers Road, Eastern Creek, at 7.30pm.
The meeting room can be found on the first floor, Suite 2 (above the pit lane garages).
The meeting will see all positions on the committee vacated, re-elected and the 2020 committee officially formed. This is a great opportunity to take on a formal position within the club to play a role in defining and securing its future.
It is also an opportunity to review the year, provide feedback and ideas about the club, its endeavours and future plans.
If you are unable to attend, please see attached a proxy form which you can send to the Secretary jennifer@jtm.sydney, thus nominating another member to vote on your behalf.
