Our Annual General Meeting Will Be Held in February, 2020

Dear Members,

It was great to see so many members take part in the HSRCA Summer Festival over this weekend at SMSP.  Besides the great racing that took place, it was nice to catch up with our racing colleagues. We were very fortunate to have good weather as well.

Just a reminder that there is no general meeting this month.  Our next Club meeting will be the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on the 4th February, 2020 at SMSP in Room 2 at 7.30pm.

I will be sending out the necessary voting information and papers mid January. We would welcome your attendance at our AGM. 

I would like to take this opportunity to wish our members and their families best wishes for the Christmas Season and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your support over the last twelve months. We look forward to many more good times shared in 2020.
